Some Yorubas and Their 'Forming' or Inferiority Complex

Am I the only one who has witnessed this annoying scenario from my Yoruba folks?
Some Yoruba people and their inferiority complexes sha or what do you call this?

Imagine, I can see you wearing your very obvious "Ogbomosho/Alaafin Tribal Marks" and I greeted you "E kaaro sir" and you sluggishly responded "Good morning"
I continued speaking Yoruba with you but you continued responding in English. While responding to my inquiry, you spoke Yoruba to your colleague in the same office but you continued speaking English with me.

It was written all over your face that you hate it that am speaking Yoruba with you.
The most annoying part of the whole situation is that your English is so terrible and irritating (that English and pidgin combo with Ogbomosho accent kind).

Very annoying!

This is something the Hausas or Igbos will never do. The moment you say "Ina kwana" to an Hausa man, he won't speak any other language to you except Hausa until you say you don't understand Hausa and same with Igbos.

Just before you start drawing unnecessary conclusions, I am a proud Yoruba man, born, brought up and nurtured in Yorubaland.
