#StillOnShiitesKilling: My Reactions After Watching Shiitte Ag. Acting Spokesman, Ibrahim Musa On Channels TV

My reaction after watching this video on ChannelsTV Youtube Channel.

This guy deserves some slaps for his "Allah says bullshit". Nigeria is a secular state for Allah's sake. The constitution of Nigeria is not the Holy Quran.

If you want to practice what Allah says, practice it privately with yourself and your family in your house, the moment it goes beyond that, you have to obey the rules and regulations governing the society and ultimately the constitution of Nigeria.

Some of those things, Allah says are, "Obey and respect authority", "No compulsion in religion", "Respect other people's rights", "Don't kill unjustly", "Don't be a transgressor", "Be fair in your dealings with others" and so on.

The funny aspect of it all is that, the same "Allah says folks" are the main sect not upholding the laws of Allah as enshrined in the Holy Quran and the Hadith of Prophet Muhammed (SAW).

Awon oniranu rederede!!!

Some Yorubas and Their 'Forming' or Inferiority Complex

Am I the only one who has witnessed this annoying scenario from my Yoruba folks?
Some Yoruba people and their inferiority complexes sha or what do you call this?

Imagine, I can see you wearing your very obvious "Ogbomosho/Alaafin Tribal Marks" and I greeted you "E kaaro sir" and you sluggishly responded "Good morning"
I continued speaking Yoruba with you but you continued responding in English. While responding to my inquiry, you spoke Yoruba to your colleague in the same office but you continued speaking English with me.

It was written all over your face that you hate it that am speaking Yoruba with you.
The most annoying part of the whole situation is that your English is so terrible and irritating (that English and pidgin combo with Ogbomosho accent kind).

Very annoying!

This is something the Hausas or Igbos will never do. The moment you say "Ina kwana" to an Hausa man, he won't speak any other language to you except Hausa until you say you don't understand Hausa and same with Igbos.

Just before you start drawing unnecessary conclusions, I am a proud Yoruba man, born, brought up and nurtured in Yorubaland.

Never Fail To Get Back Up When You Fall

Whenever you fall, I will enjoin you to do everything humanly possible to get up because the same people that fell you or same people who couldn't do anything to get you up will be the first to chastise you for not getting up.

Sometimes, you have to get knocked down lower than you've ever been to get up taller than you ever were because the person who falls and gets back up is stronger than the person who never fell.

Whenever you lose that job, or couldn't seal that deal, or your day didn't go as planned, or someone promised and failed you and so on. Never see it as ill luck but see it as a reminder to do some thing different differently.

Sometimes, all we need to successfully carry out a difficult task is just a change of strategy/approach.

Don't exhaust yourself thinking of how bad you will feel when you fail, how ashamed you will feel when people know you failed or but use that strength to strategise a different approach.

What really defines you as a person is how well you rise up after falling because FAILURE doesn't come from falling but from not getting back up after FALLING.

Failure in something is a success in itself!

Good morning all and do have a great day ahead.
